At Khatoon Organica, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.

🔁 Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during delivery

• You received the wrong item

If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, skin reactions, or opened/used products.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.

📮 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
